Twitter can be used with almost no cost to you or your business except a bit of your time. Here are ways to use it to connect with your customers:
- Provide brand and product insights
- Add interactivity to print and email
- Drive traffic back to your website or blog (for e-commerce sites it can bring traffic during slow times)
- Hold a TweetUp or in-person meeting for Twitter followers and offer discounts, activities, give-aways, etc.
- Use your Twitter feed on your website or blog to provide fresh content
